Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bloom Practice Co. website (the
“Site”) and the marketing services we provide. By accessing the Site, requesting a
strategy call, or submitting any form, you confirm that you have read, understood,
and agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your practice.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or
submit your information.
Who We Are
Bloom Practice Co. (“Bloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a pediatric dental marketing
company that has been helping practices grow since 2013. We provide search engine
optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Meta Ads, website design and development, landing
pages, and related marketing services.
These terms describe the rules for using our Site. The specific terms of any
marketing program or engagement are set out in a separate agreement between you and
Bloom.
Submitting a Form Means You Consent to Be Contacted
When you fill out a form on this Site, such as our “Request a strategy call” form,
you are giving Bloom your contact information, and you expressly consent to be
contacted by Bloom for marketing and business-development purposes.
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you about our services and about
growing your practice using the information you provide, including your name, email
address, phone number, and practice details.
Submitting a form is not a purchase and does not create a formal service
relationship by itself. It is a request to talk with our team, and we will reach out
to schedule that conversation.
How We May Contact You, Including AI-Assisted Communication
To respond quickly and follow up effectively, we may contact you through email, text
messaging (SMS), and phone calls, using the contact details you share with us.
We use artificial intelligence (AI) and automated systems to help create, send, and
manage some of these communications. This means that emails, text messages, or phone
calls you receive from us may be drafted, personalized, delivered, or answered with
the assistance of AI tools. A person reviews and oversees our outreach, but AI may
be involved at any stage of the process.
By providing your phone number and email and submitting our form, you acknowledge
and agree that:
We may contact you by email, text message, and phone call for marketing and
follow-up purposes.
AI and automated technologies may be used to help generate, send, route, or
respond to those communications.
You are responsible for any message or data rates your carrier may charge for
texts or calls.
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP” to a text
message, clicking the unsubscribe link in an email, or asking us directly. Opting
out of marketing does not end any separate service agreement you have with Bloom.
Accuracy of Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a
form, including correct contact details for yourself or your practice. You are
responsible for keeping that information up to date.
You confirm that you are authorized to share the information you submit and to
consent to being contacted on behalf of your practice.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes only.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use
automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy its content without permission.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or
licensed to Bloom and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy,
reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
Testimonials, Case Studies, and Results
Case studies, testimonials, and performance figures shown on the Site reflect past
results for specific practices and campaigns. They are provided to illustrate what
is possible, not to promise any particular outcome.
Marketing results vary based on market, practice, investment, and many other
factors. We cannot guarantee any specific number of leads, patients, appointments,
or return on investment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Practice Co. is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the
Site or our services, including any lost revenue, lost patients, or business
interruption.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will
revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the
Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
